Yoga - All Levels

  • Not only designed for clients who have some basic knowledge of yoga, this class is for all levels of technical ability. The teacher will offer pose modifications for Beginners.  More advanced yogis can feel free to take it to the next level.
  • Yin Yoga
    • Classes involve holding postures on the floor for 3 to 5 minutes in this meditative, soothing practice. It is designed to stretch connective tissue around the joints accessing deeper layers of fascia. A great complement to anyone with a stronger physical practice.
  • Restorative Yoga
    • Restorative Yoga is the use of props to support the body in positions of ease and comfort to facilitate relaxation and health. It is a practice of deliberate stillness and requires no muscular effort. This class is a practice of actively cultivating the attitude of letting go and will help teach you to learn how to deeply relax.

Next Level: Moving up

  • Yoga Sculpt
    • Yoga Sculpt is a yoga mat-based workout that adds free weights to a yoga sequence, intensifying each yoga pose while incorporating cardio and training exercises, such as squats, lunges, bicep and tricep curls to help you build lean muscle mass.
  • Yoga TRX
    • Infuse TRX Suspension Training into your yoga practice with a fresh evolution of movement meant to assist and challenge traditional yoga poses to increase mobility, stability and strength. The suspension straps give tactile feedback to help you better access muscles in each pose, while supplying a stabilizer to your balance poses and inversions. Soft soles shoes are optional if plyometrics bothers your feet.
  • Lagree
    • The Lagree Method is a high intensity, low impact workout that targets all major muscle groups through slow, controlled movements. Its unique combination of strength, endurance, and flexibility training has made it one of the most popular fitness regimens in the world. All Lagree classes have a minimum age limit of 16. Lagree is taught on either: (1) an elevated M3 Mega Reformer loaded with an 6 spring system or (2) on Micro Reformers which lay flat on the floor. We offer the same challenging exercises on both reformers.

  • Power Yoga
    • This fitness-based vinyasa practice is an offshoot of Ashtanga. It has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.
  • Acro Yoga
    • Acro Yoga is a movement practice that combines the practice of yoga, the fitness of acrobatics, and the healing potential of the human connection. This class is offered on a fully padded floor since all four limbs may be off the floor at one time. You don't need a partner to take the class. We will provide you one.
  • Kickbox + Yoga
    • This class consists of a yoga warmup + kickboxing aerobic workout + yoga cool down. Learn how to jab, cross, and kick then punch the bag to work out all of your frustrations. We throw in weight training for strength and exercises to produce killer abs.
  • Next Level
    • Next Level classes are designed for yogis who feel very comfortable in their practice. Teachers may teach any pose, including inversions, arm balances, and full backbends.
  • Mat Pilates
    • Mat Pilates is a fitness method that involves performing Pilates exercises on a mat, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and body control. It's a low-impact workout that can be done at home or in a studio, with or without equipment. Mat Pilates is known for its benefits in improving posture, reducing back pain, and enhancing overall body awareness

High Level: Defying gravity

  • Aerial Yoga - Beginner, Basic, Intermediate/Advanced, Dance
    • Combines traditional mat yoga with postures suspended in soft silk hammocks. With the help of gravity and the hammocks, you can playfully explore floating, inversions, fluid movements, and create space in your body without compressing your joints and spine. The feeling created in the body by a floating Savasana is exquisite! Start with a Beginner class, move to a Basic class, then fly at a higher altitude in an Intermediate/Advanced class.  Try an Aerial Fitness class to build up strength and endurance.  See Aerial Yoga page for further information.

  • Bungee Beginner/All Levels
    • All Bungee classes offers you the thrill of anti-gravity, without the fear of falling. The bungee rigging which is firmly secured to the ceiling, allows you to bounce throughout a great workout. Enjoy this great cardio blast while feeling like a kid again. We highly recommend to take a Bungee Beginner first to teach you how to put your harness on, determine how many bungee cords you need, and how to hook yourself to the bungee rigging. Soft soled shoes are optional if plyometrics bothers your feet.
