Journal To Bliss ✏️

March 27 - 29, 2026

Friday - Sunday

A Flexible 300 YTT Qualifying Event

Registration Open Now! Early Bird Deadline: January 27th, 2026

Journal to Bliss is a carefully crafted immersion giving you a path to unwind, untangle and release mental, physical and emotional patterns that cause stress, fatigue and burn out. This experience will bring you back to your core state of being, Ananda (Bliss).

As yoga tradition teaches, we all have a powerful source of energy within us that gets muted by the busyness of our day to day agenda. In this immersion you will learn the tools, experience the practices and sharpen your skills that will reconnect you to your core, a.k.a., your Bliss.

Together we will practice the trifecta of the yoga practice: Asana, Meditation, and Breathwork, plus Journaling to take it all to the next level.

The 4 Practice Pillars to Reconnect to Bliss

  1. The Physical Practice: Each asana practice will advance your body awareness, strengthen your muscles, and increase your functional range of motion. You'll explore Hip Openers, Forward Folds, Side Bends, Heart Openers, Arm Balances, Inversions, and Shoulder Openers. If you're looking to fully transform your asana practice, this is the event for you!

  2. Meditation: Simple yet highly effective meditation practices will cleanse the mind, increase focus and attention, and reset unwanted thought patterns. You'll receive step-by-step guidance to build confidence and unlock sweeter access to the deepest part of yourself.

  3. Breathwork: Learn foundational breathing skills to manage energy levels, reduce stress, increase vitality, and bridge the gap between mind and body. You'll learn to modulate your nervous system from calm to awake and back to calm again based on your desired energy state.

  4. Journaling: Through guided writing practices, you'll bypass the conscious, overthinking mind and tap directly into your subconscious—the true driver of your life direction. Receive specific prompts to transform limiting beliefs, burn through old samskaras, and tap into your deepest inner desires to set powerful ripple effects in motion throughout your life.

The Yogic Teachings: Journal to Bliss is deeply tied to the yogic teachings of The 5 Koshas (layers of self), giving us clarity for self-reflection and advancement. Using these practices we can bring it all back to simplicity, making it easier to get back to a state of balance.

By the end of this immersion, you'll have a complete toolkit for sustainable transformation with personalized practices that instantly shift your energy, make your body feel lighter, and journaling prompts that continue revealing your authentic self. Participants consistently report feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to their purpose than they have in years. If you're ready to trade exhaustion for vitality and confusion for clarity, Journal to Bliss is your pathway back to the radiant, centered being you were born to be.

Ashtanga Yoga with Kino MacGregor

Ashtanga yoga traces its lineage to an ancient sage named Vamana Rishi and it is through a long line of students who became teachers themselves that we now have access to the heritage of yoga. Ashtanga literally means eight limbs and is defined by the sacred yogic text, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras as Yama (moral codes), Niyama (self-purification and study), Asana (posture), Pranayama (breath control), Pratyahara (sense control), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation) and Samadhi (total peace). Ideally teachers are well-versed in all eight limbs before they begin teaching so that they may truly guide the student through the entire journey of yoga.

While containing six series of postures, most practitioners spend their entire lives working on the first or "Primary Series" of Ashtanga Yoga because its level of strength and flexibility is already quite challenging. Yet the Primary Series is a complete practice that can help you heal your body and mind.

The physical practice of yoga can be likened to brushing your teeth. Without a daily routine plaque and tartar accumulate and cause a pricey visit to the dentist. Just like brushing your teeth, with yoga you get to scrub your thoughts and clean out your body. It is no magic pill and for total healing you may need to explore many complimentary approaches to the body and mind, including therapy, meditation, energy healing and more. It is through your own effort that you purify your body. Yoga is as strong as you make it and takes you as deep as you are willing to go.

About Kino MacGregor

Kino MacGregor is a Miami native who is happiest on the beach with a fresh coconut and a poet at heart who always stops to smell the flowers. She is the founder of Omstars—the world’s first yoga TV network. With over 1 million followers on Instagram and over 500,000 subscribers on YouTube and Facebook, Kino’s message of spiritual strength reaches people all over the world. Sought after as an expert in yoga worldwide, is a international yoga teacher, inspirational speaker, author of four books, producer of six Ashtanga Yoga DVDs, writer, vlogger, world traveler, co-founder of Miami Life Center.

Yoga for Kino is more than just a “workout”— it is a way life founded on a firm commitment to the moral and ethical precepts of truth, non-violence and love. Being strong in yoga is just not about a powerful handstand or a deep backbend for Kino, nor is yoga a game of extreme ableism where yogis compete with one another. Instead, Kino sees yoga a daily ritual where people tune deeply in to their spiritual center and experience the peace of the Eternal Divine. Kino believes in making the tools of traditional yoga accessible for all different sizes, shapes, ethnicities and ages and writes a weekly Yogi Assignment blog based on her popular Yogi Assignment book. Rather than it being an exclusive club for the privileged elite, yoga is for everyone and it is the international community of yogis who are responsible for the integrity of the sacred heart of yoga.

Kino says "My personal practice is based in the Ashtanga Yoga method. I have been dedicated to a daily, six-day-a-week practice for over 20 years. Over the last twenty years I have made annual trips to Mysore, India to study Ashtanga Yoga with my teachers the late K. Pattabhi Jois and his grandson R. Sharath Jois."
