Lagree Fitness, invented and developed by legendary fitness professional Sebastien Lagree, is a fully inclusive workout method. It is a patented exercise method performed on full line of exercise machines and equipment.
Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact exercise method, which tightens, strengthens, and tones by incorporating bodybuilding principles, such as Time Under Tension, which removes breaks from workouts and grants you the ability to sweat, shake, and persevere through the total duration of the class. In addition, many Lagree movements incorporate the use of 600 muscles at once, making this method even more time-efficient for those on the go and those looking for quick but lasting results.
We offer Lagree Fitness classes on both the Megaformer and Microformer in 30 or 45 minute sessions. We have 4 Megas and 4 Micros. Classes are taught by our certified Lagree trainers using both reformers in the same class. Reformer selection is on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have a preference of a reformer, please pre-register for class and arrive early to secure your machine. We do not offer the option to select your machine before class. There will be no late admission to Lagree classes. Class registration closes 10 minutes before class.
Minimum age is 16 years. Wearing grip socks is recommended but not required.

Cancellation/No Show Policy
Since class size is limited to 8, we MUST enforce the Late Cancel and No Show Fees for any Lagree class that is SOLD OUT. These fees will not be applied if the class was not completely full since it did not cost another person a spot in the class. We have a 12 hour cancellation window because we honor ClassPass, PeerFit, and MindBody Flex memberships. They all have a 12 hour cancellation policy so we are keeping it uniform across all platforms. We hope you understand our desire to offer Lagree to as many clients as possible and will enforce these policies with no exceptions.
If you are on the wait list for a Lagree class, you will automatically be admitted once a cancellation occurs. Please CONFIRM your wait list reservation so we know you received the notice and can attend the class. If you are called off the wait list and CANNOT attend, please cancel yourself out of the class so another client can take the spot. You can also notify us by text at 304-459-2675 if that is more convenient.
Late Cancel Policy:
Canceling a reserved Lagree class within 12 hours prior to class time will result in forfeiting a class pass and may incur an additional charge of $20 if the class was SOLD OUT costing another person a spot in the class. The Late Cancel Fee may also apply to any memberships.
No Show Policy:
Not showing up for a reserved Lagree class will result in forfeiting a class pass and may incur an additional charge of $35 if the class was SOLD OUT costing another person a spot in the class. The No Show Fee may also apply to any memberships.
