We hire high energy, creative, and fun employees who are passionate about helping clients further their yoga practice. We are very particular when selecting members to join our team because we understand the importance of the role we play in our clients' lives. Our guiding principle is "Unplug and Recharge." This is more than just a tag line. It is what every staff member instills in our clients each and every day.  We feel something magical happens when clients put down their electrical devices and connect with their own body movements, mind, and breath.

All positions are located in the studio and involve part-time or full-time work as a W-2 employee. Independent contractors will need to submit required documentation, such as state and local business licenses and proof of insurance, as well as signing a contract.  

Our instructors are paid a $10 per class minimum with $1 per head over 10 clients. Minimum class pay is based on level of training and experience. Our three practice rooms hold 15, 35, and 100 mats respectively with 20 aerial hammocks.  We offer a weekly "Fill the Floor" bonus of an additional $1 per head if you completely sell out your class. You can make $200 per class if you fill the floor in our large room!  

Our Sales and Customer Service team members are paid $10 per hour minimum with the opportunity of pay increases with high job performance.

You have the luxury of setting your own hours but may be asked to meet daily scheduling needs which may include off business hours, such as early mornings, late evenings and weekends if needed.  We will offer classes from 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM daily in our three practice rooms.  Class times are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Employment includes a Team Membership which gives access to all classes and select workshops or events. It also gives 25% discount on all boutique and cafe sales.  Team Members are welcome to store their mats and accessories in the storage room and use the yoga studio to further their practice during off times as well as help each other with training.
